Nadia just completed my order. I had the supreme package. Firstly let me just say that Nadia's communication and feedback is amazing. Easily the best I've ever dealt with in SEO outsourcing. She was very pro-active and kept me up to date regularly without any prompting.   Now for the nitty-gritty. I used her services on a relatively new domain - only a month or 2 old. The site wasn't showing up in the top 100 at all for my key phrase at all, but has now made an appearance in the 20s.
